Per the Pecan Island Water Works District #3 Rules and Regulations, every customer is required to have their own working valve. A fee will apply if the Water District is called out to turn a customers water on or off with the exception being a customer repairing or changing their valve. Hours of operation are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. A fee will also apply if the Water District is called out by a customer after hours.
